This is the first flameless candle I've ordered that isn't super fragile. No problem with the timer. All you have to do is turn it on at your chosen time and it will turn on at that time every day and turn off after 5 hours. Or you can simply use the ON/OFF function without a timer. I love that you have both ESP options if you are not in this room every day or going out etc etc etc. I keep batteries in it and they last a long time on each charge. The flickering is weak but pleasant. The color of the "flame" when burning is orange like all other flameless candles and I want them to start making the light a little less orange? Still trying to find a candle that glows more off white or even yellow lol. Maybe I'm weird. In any case, a good candle.
