If it really is a cotton cushion cover then it's mixed with some polyester or nylon. The result is a rougher surface, a more voluminous look to the fabric and design, and a stiffness to the overall shape (greater than cotton canvas for home decor). It's not soft, and the blended cover looks out of place and a bit cheap on my sofa between the sheen of the blended material and the roughness of the fabric. The quality would be good for indoor patio/patio furniture but it may not be waterproof. I still love screen printing and colors as they go well with my decor so will keep using them until I find something. the rest that works with the color scheme and style. The stitching and zipper quality on my product seems to be pretty good.
