Not bad, be careful

After 2 days of fiddling I gave up trying to match this particular carburettor to the engine. I have TaoTao db14. I found this on my list of things that could go with my car. I googled it and found it fits a Honda and fits my TaoTao db14 which is quite interesting. It just doesn't quite fit perfectly, but when all is said and done it's in place, it's tight, it doesn't leak and everything works in such a way that it isn't what it isn't. fits, but I definitely had to go ahead and destroy the throttle cable knob on the top of my dirt bike to really set this up so that the cable allows the needle to adjust fully so it doesn't open wide like a rabid bull. If you are still reading I would like to apologize and just say that it is basically not original or OEM, it will fit but it requires it to work by being very careful with the gasket that runs under the engine. Without the hat you put on because he doesn't want to fit perfectly but he will fit well and his setup was an absolute nightmare starting from a full start and hitting threes on both air and fuel. I can get it running really fast, I can make the idle very lean, but in neither of those cases, or anywhere in between, does it seem to want to sound perfect at full speed. Driving on the street doesn't cause jumps or flooding or anything, it just sounds like it's not optimal, it almost looks like the engine is a bob, which is impossible, the thing is definitely more than a carburetor, which has come off my off road bike and works better, it just doesn't feel at full speed
