I like that it's easy for non technical people (like me) who are used only with excel sheets or word documents etc., It can be very useful when you have more than one person working together because all aspects/documents related work will appear at once so there isn't any confusion about what needs doing next! Also being able to see everything from 1 place rather then having several spreadsheets makes life easier especially if they're not always updated correctly by someone else - also less emails back & forth between 2 parties would help too!! Sometimes we get confused over where certain things go but this tool really does make our jobs much simpler.
