Update: They sent me a new charger but this one failed after a few months. The cable connection pops up and now I have to fiddle with it to get it into the position where it will charge my laptop. Not sure if the replacement charger is covered by the two year warranty? It only lasted 3 months. When you plug it into the charger and put on the headphones, the laptop makes a screeching noise. (Only with charger connected.) The chord started falling apart and suddenly it just stopped working. The cheap factory charger I had before lasted longer. I bought this charger hoping to replace the factory charger but it turned out to be worse. They sent me a second one to replace and like the first one it only lasted about three months before it started to fail.
