I bought in May 2019 for my Dell Inspiron 15 5000. It needs a 19.5V 45W charger. From day one, it took my laptop a few tries to recognize this charger. I thought it was just because it's not a Dell company. I found out later that this is because the charger power is less than 45W. However, after several connections and disconnections, it works. I just lived with it. Today my laptop now refuses to recognize the charger at all. It's time to buy another brand.

I needed another charger for my computer as a spare and backup. I've had the charger for three days now. It works great when I charge my Dell Inspiron 15 7000 (7591) 2-in-1 PC. The charging time was about the same as my original charger, so it is fully compatible with this model. Very satisfied with the quality of this product and the price.

My DELL Inspiron computer speed was slow for a long time but worked. Thought the ISP might be the cause. Update: They sent me a new charger but this one failed after a few months. The cable connection pops up and now I have to fiddle with it to get it into the position where it will charge my laptop. Fits my Inspiron 17 5759. The charger is very long which is necessary for me to have easy access to outlets in the classroom. While it may look strange to have 2 charging ports, that's why this charger works with most Dell laptops. However, I hope that in the future you will be asked to choose the diameter you need for the charging connector, since the difference between them is easy to see.

This power cord was exactly as described and has worked well since we received it. We use it every day and it holds up great even with prolonged use. I was concerned by the comments of several other reviewers that this affects the sound quality as we had this issue prior to purchasing this cable. This new cable did not worsen or improve our sound problems, so I cannot fault the manufacturer of this cable. We love it and if it lasts we will definitely buy it again.
