I really wanted to love her. They definitely made my feet flaky for many, many days after using them. Unfortunately, they never addressed the dry, cracked part of the heel that I have struggled with throughout my adult life. Some have been helped. I won't say they didn't do anything. They did. But they caused my foot to peel on top and in weird places that weren't dry and had to be peeled down to the skin underneath and the peeling process took ages! untouched. Like he just can't get into the crazy, fat, angry shell that is my tortoiseshell heel. I'm sad. When I do a pedicure it's the same. I'm paying over $50 to walk away with a heel still cracking and I'm like, come on, do something! :-( sad panda.
