worked well fairly easy to use - make sure you set the digital dials exactly to the 'seam' line. My first unlocking experience wasn't very good because I wasn't accurate enough. Good and tight dials and TSA seem to have gotten access to their "master key" with no problems. This lock is particularly good because it has a sequence of 4 digits and a little more. Make sure you actually push the deadbolt into the lock AFTER sliding the numbers from the "unlock" sequence.
