The shoes might have fit if I had done what I usually do - order shoes IN MY ACTUAL SHOE SIZE. But no, I followed the instructions for the shoe size given by Puma and "measured" my foot. This that I should order 2 sizes bigger?!?! on gut. Done done and now they are on their way back! Because they were exactly 2 sizes too big! Ridiculous, as a precaution I ordered the second pair 0.5 smaller, which was logically much too big. But the worst thing is that Revain has recently come up with some new regulation about returns that are supposed to be unpackaged?!?! Say I would have to throw the shoeboxes in the container?!?! Was that madness? Now I'm afraid that these brand new shoes will just end up in the garbage! It's such a waste of resources, it's really bad. Bravo.
