Product packaging was great. It was packaged in a sturdy box presentable enough to be gift wrapped. There was a minimum of unnecessary packaging inside. The pieces of wood are wrapped tightly until you are ready to start the project. It was a bit difficult for us to follow the instructions but luckily my husband figured it out on his own. Several wooden parts broke, but other parts were included. My husband finished it in less than two hours and it looks perfect. I would like to paint the parts before assembling, but it was difficult to figure out what the parts from the instructions were. In fact, that's a good thing, because it would take a long time to paint it, and it looks so nice too. We are very satisfied with this purchase and the presentation of the product by the manufacturer.
