Very beneficial addon with huge capabilities- easy integration of various modules

The ease in integrating our ERP (SAP) data, enabling us see all facets related to each customer/account from one dashboard - very helpful for decision making process! We have only been using it since last 2 months but we are already seeing positive results as well good response rate by customers when they come across this tool at first time or if there was any query while installation / configuration phase during demo trial stage etc., hence I would say its worth trying out once before finalizing other product choice! Nothing so far!! Would like more insights about features available after implementation period & how much improvement will be seen compared to existing solution provider's offering!!

Can help improve sales efficiency; helps build relationship between vendors&customers too.
Great support team which helped me resolve issues quickly without many calls backand forth :)
