If I'm going to spend my hard money on a NEW item, I expect it to be 100%. Received yesterday and kept in the box to this day. I had to change my wallet because I have to use it for my grandmother's funeral tomorrow and I felt a roughness on the outside. I flipped it and you can see the defect on the wallet. I've also circled what I'm talking about in the photo. I do not recommend this bag if you received it after purchase. I gave 3 stars because the inside really helped, but that's about it.
