Review on Chef Buddy 80-1840 Panini Press Grill and Gourmet Sandwich Maker: Embrace Healthy Cooking Delights! by Patrick Nepal

I got this two months ago because I need something to quickly cook meat and vegetables indoors. Although in excellent condition, it was able to cook chicken breasts, fish in under 5 minutes and steak or pork chops in about 10 minutes! Everything cooked evenly, was juicy and delicious, just plug it in, let it heat for 2 minutes (light turns green), drizzle with oil and put on and seal as you like. unplug to turn off, wipe with a damp soap paper towel, and then dry after the machine cools down for about 15 minutes. Very simple, there is a latch to keep it closed so it can be stored upright on the counter. It was great, used almost every day until I noticed the black non stick coating was peeling off! Very disappointed to see this, no guarantee of that either. I will buy a new panini that doesn't have this problem.
