The latch is defective.
I love Laura Burch but the clasp snaps! I got caught in line trying to pay for something and had to fight for several minutes to open the damn thing! It's only a matter of time before it breaks completely! Now I'm thinking about leaving it open if possible so I don't fight with myself again trying to pay something and keep people in line! It's very cute but a real disappointment! It's also quite small, barely fitting your credit cards.
