First, these towels are thin. Not just thin microfiber (which I understand and love), but transparent. If I could put negative stars, I would. It's okay, I'll just return them, right? NOT CORRECT! Read the fine print. Although you PAY for the return shipping first, which for me was almost $6 at UPS, where they also charge $1.50 to print a return label, which is another $1. Now I get up to $8.50 for a junk product. There's no other option than scanning the codes on your phone, which I've used dozens of times. I have now given up on getting these towels back and will use them for my dogs or maybe to clean my toilets. I doubt they will last long. By far the most frustrating and frustrating product I have ever had to deal with in all my years at Revain.
