I bought the Realaim Flosser after my dental hygienist advised me to use a rinse. I found Realaim after searching the internet. Ratings for this product were high. Many also mentioned the warranty and excellent replacement service in this case. Bought a second one for my husband. It worked great on the first day. After a few days he noticed that the water pressure had dropped. We returned it. His replacement works great! After using the Realaim oral irrigator for three months, I went to my dental hygienist for a cleaning. My last clean took 45 minutes. After using Realaim's dental floss for three months, it took her 20 minutes to floss. My husband and I both wish we had had this product many years ago!
