I bought this house to replace an old carpeted one. The print on the instruction manual is tiny and the perspectives of some diagrams are a bit distorted, so I'd suggest using a magnifying glass when following the instructions. The only thing that really bothers me about this product is the assembly. Everything went great until the last part where the holes for the screws and pins on the F board didn't line up with the holes on the board to be attached. I couldn't get them to line up no matter how I flipped or rotated the board. I was eventually able to attach the F-board without drilling new holes, but it hangs about an inch from the board it's attached to. It's securely attached and the cats don't mind, so I can live with that. In general, I like this house very much. The style is simple but functional, takes up little space, is durable, easy to clean, and affordable. Both of my cats love it and that's really the most important thing.
