I bought this hand cream as a gift so I can't say how effective it is, but if it's moisturizing and smelling, you'll be very satisfied! It comes in a delightful little tube and appears to be made in Italy as all the words on the packaging are written in Italian. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful packaging! It was packaged in a beautiful little paper bag with a floral print, along with some small samples of Italian shampoo! Even though it's expensive for such a small tube, I'll definitely buy it again!
