Cute but Unknown Size Chart

Based on a previous review I bought a size XS for my 3 year old daughter and found she swims in it. She is just over 3ft 30lbs and wears 3T in Oshkosh, Gap and Crew Cuts. The XS tank came to her knees and was very baggy. Very pretty tank so we kept it but we have to wait at least a year for it to fit.
