I ordered this in June 2020 and today (August 2021) it died on me. I've kept it in the shower but never submerged and I'm thinking of taking it out and storing it somewhere less humid afterwards. However, I bet somewhere in the contacts is oxidized or something. The device turns on but makes no noise, which means something is wrong with the speaker. Battery life was always ok, nothing noticeable anyway. The sound quality has always been excellent for its size. It's just a shame he died so young. I've had another speaker from this company before and the same thing happened to it. Also the sticky pad on the back makes no sense, I don't know why they even include it. I would prefer a fastening system and maybe a hook. However, given its cheapness and convenience, I'll probably buy another one.
