I have a small, narrow kitchen and I was afraid the steam from my coffee maker would damage my cabinets, so I went in search of a narrow counter that I could use for this purpose as well as to hide the trash can. I am very happy with this little thing! With a depth of only 33 cm, it fits perfectly in my kitchen and its height is just right for working with coffee. I have the recommended trash can and it works great. It first took me under an hour to assemble, but I got distracted and made a mistake - one of the first things to do was screw the drawer slides to the sides. cabinet and you want to center it under the large holes, make sure it is NOT flush with the front of the cabinet. I did the last one and the drawer didn't go all the way back into the closet. I just disassembled it and rearranged the drawer slides and now I'm very happy! But disassembly is tricky - get it right the first time.
