My wife loves this pillow. Before we got that for her, she was struggling with sleep. She's mad at me because I didn't find this pillow until after she was 25 weeks old. But this pillow definitely helped her. Especially now that her belly is bigger. It offers the support she desires when she sleeps. My wife is not very tall and finds this to be the perfect size for her. So if you are very tall this pillow may not be for you. Also, it is a good choice when you are pregnant.
