ICE is comfortable, colorful and protects against high temperatures. Concealed buttons make it a very attractive "casual and business shirt" and the microphone clips are discreet. But the polo is a bit big. I usually wear size M for shirts and polos. But ICE appears to be wearing a body armor under his shirt. If you wear a duty vest under your shirt, buy it in your normal size. But if you don't wear a vest like me, go down one size. I am currently wearing a size S polo and it fits great.
