Let me start by saying that the reviews on this unit scared me, BUT knowing how to work with your editing settings will save you A LOT of time and frustration. You need to cut in the same way as you would a glossy cardboard or glossy HTV and it takes about 2 passes. I have a silhouette cameo and had no problems. There is a foil above it which, if removed, makes the job much easier and should be removed before cutting. It has a great shine and was very easy to sort out. I would definitely buy this again.
