Review on United States Padded Swivel Stool by Adam Gorsage

When the stools arrived I unpacked them (I bought two stools) and immediately noticed the excellent print on the seat. The material appears to be very durable. However, this excitement did not last long. I got worried when I attached the seats to the stool leg. Each seat requires 4 bolts to be screwed into the nuts fitted to the underside of the seat from the inside of the seat. In each seat of the two stools, two bolts are screwed into the corresponding nuts, the other two are not. I'm a carpenter so I was able to screw in the remaining 4 screws and attach the seat to the leg piece. Today one of the stools literally fell over. My vacuum cleaner cord got caught on the stool. Due to the fall, the balls of the seat pivot bearing scattered across the floor of my workshop. It was all I could do to stop my dog from eating them! Now I'm looking to order a replacement bearing from the chair manufacturer and tell them the quality of the original bearing.
