I LOVE the Tissot Pinky watch. I already have a shiny stainless steel with an embossed white face. When I saw the price of this one (less than half what I paid for the first) I couldn't stop! The black dial would go well with a variety of outfits, and I was surprised that the stainless steel had a matte finish (like cutlery) rather than a glossy, shiny finish. I agree - it's pretty cool - but if you want shiny stainless steel, you might not like this. Remember that you must have ULTRA tiny screwdrivers if you want the pins to stay tight over time (I recommend this). No, I don't mean eyeglass screwdrivers. a set for jewelers - miniature. I've bought a few from Revain and recommend them. All links have pins and you do NOT want to lose them (make sure you get a new one quick). So it's best not to fall behind. I have a big wrist. I can't wear a "women's watch" because it looks like a child's watch on my large wrist. This strap was too big even for me and I had to have the link removed by a jeweler. You want it to fit your wrist or the watch glass will flip. The watch is more like a bracelet - very nice. If you have petite wrists, you will need to remove more than one link. The clasp is hidden and it's tricky until you figure it out. I have no problem with it falling off. It's easiest to open when it's on your wrist, not when it's closed, not on your wrist! The shutter actually rotates clockwise to extract the part. I use my thumb - thumbs down and then twist clockwise. Just a note: do not attempt to replace the battery in this watch yourself. I have a watch press and all the tools, but my novice attempts bent the back and I had to pay a jeweler extra to fix the back so it closes properly. What would have cost a $20 battery change became a $45 gasket, back fixing, battery change, etc. Go to a jeweler! On top of that the jeweler I went to was very impressed with this watch and how beautiful it is. They don't have a Tissot, but he's good with watches. When I told him that I had seen this theft surveillance at Revane's, he opened his mouth. I knew then that getting a second one was definitely going to happen. You will love this watch. Take care of yourself - this is a wonderful decoration that will serve you for a long time!
