My daughter's screen literally broke, so the hardest part was removing the original screen. Glass is everywhere. It was really easy to install, only the "glass" of this replacement was very brittle and as soon as I applied the glue and pressed lightly on the edges the SCREEN cracked! I've replaced many devices, but this is the first time a replacement screen has been so flimsy that it couldn't withstand any pressure and just cracked. I do not recommend this brand. I was concerned that the screen might be thin and plastic, and I was right. Unfortunately it also broke and now I have to buy a new display to replace it.
