I like how easy this program was to use, especially since my previous experience with using other online programs before had been so difficult! The customer service aspect of their team has always made me feel very comfortable asking any questions or concerns that may arise while trying out new features. Also loved being able to keep track easily through Excel sheets instead of having to do tons upon loads of paperwork each time we wanted access for our accountants/clients who are not as familiar yet with this method of tracking things (they still prefer paper). Nothing really - just make sure your accounting department knows what type of information will be needed from them at times when submitting reports via email only rather than PDFs etc., otherwise there could potentially cause some confusion regarding which files need submitted where if someone else were doing both jobs alone without knowing exactly why certain dates would differ between two folders uploaded together vs those separately sent by e-mail. We are using PtoX to manage our employees' time off. It has been great so far! The interface is easy to use, and we've had no issues with glitches or errors. I would like to see more features added, but overall it's been very helpful for us. We're able to track our employees' time off, and it's also helping us keep track of who's available when.
