Review on 📻 Radioddity CB-27 Mini CB Radio Mobile 40-Channel: AM Instant Emergency 9/19, RF Gain, Removable Microphone by Adam Browning

As far as I can tell, the radio is transmitting but not receiving. I've tried all troubleshooting methods but nothing seems to work. I contacted Radioddity directly and requested warranty service. The email includes the type of antenna I connected it to and any troubleshooting steps I took to confirm that the radio would not be receiving. Their customer service responded within 24 hours and said they would forward the query to their customer service department. In the next email I received a request for a video of the radio operation (which I found a bit strange). I have provided a video showing all the setup and then the actual operation of the radio itself. I received another response from customer service stating that they are not receiving a response from their own customer service department. So at this point it's been over two weeks with no response and the radio doesn't even serve as a decent doorstop. **The radio MAY be fine, but the warranty is worthless.
