I really liked these pears when I got them. I strung two strands of lightbulbs in my backyard at the Costco Cafe. I was building an above ground pool for the summer and wanted to replace the glass plungers with plastic plungers. They were perfect until almost half of them died after 6 months. I leave it on 15% brightness 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the built in dimmer and only turn it up when needed, less than once a month. Of the 50 bulbs installed at the end of April, 23 were already dead or almost dead at the beginning of November. If the manufacturer wants to contact me, please reply. Otherwise I'll buy another brand as a replacement.
