I bought this for my mom because she babysits my newborn and is always on the phone. She's a bit older and not at all tech savvy so I was a bit skeptical about her wanting to use it. A week has passed and so far she likes it very much and finds it very comfortable. She said she likes that the headset stays on her head and doesn't fall off while she does chores and likes that she can wear it and talk on the phone while she's busy with the baby. I charge it for her every day when I pick up the baby and the charge lasts all day so for the time she spends on the phone it's pretty amazing. I'm really glad I bought this headset for her because now when I call her to check on my baby I can finally hear her clearly instead of her trying to shoulder her phone.
