My bitch Luna, like yours, is valuable. So it's easy to drive in my truck. The Barksbar seat cover has one feature I wasn't aware of until it arrived, which is that it hangs over and between my truck's headrests, giving the Luna an extra level of security when I get to a more aggressive stop. This feature prevents my dog (Luna) from slipping or sliding between the front bucket seats and rear bench as it creates a lullaby effect. As well as being washable it is very durable and the non-slip coating on the bottom keeps the cover from bunching up which is another feature. And the last thing I noticed is that nothing seems to slip through the cover (sand and fur) to make its way to the seat when we're lounging on the beach (not even dog accidents, which usually happen at their age) . I highly recommend this case.
