I love this new 360° rotating backlit keyboard case. I had a small problem during assembly. Before pairing with the iPad, it needs to be charged. The instructions say to charge the keyboard using your iPad's charging cable. The iPad charging cable does not fit into the connector on the keyboard. The keyboard charging port is Type-C connector, and the input voltage must not exceed DC 5V, otherwise it will damage the keyboard. I happened to have a universal DC 5V charging system with multiple plugs and a type-C plug. The manual and case description should inform you in advance so that you are prepared when buying. After charging the keyboard I was able to connect it to my new iPad and it works like a laptop. So I was looking for a replacement for my laptop. The case is very solid and I love the backlight. Setting up an iPad to view and zoom while typing is ideal. Printing is very convenient. I really enjoy using this new case. The battery lasts long and the backlight turns off when the device is idle to extend battery life. The ability to rotate the iPad 360 degrees works really well for a variety of functions I've found. Still learning the different options and commands but very easy to use. I would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone. I am very happy with it.
