Zephyr Kindness!

Wow it's so hard to decide how good or bad it is compared to Milliput. I've recently started making casts of objects and it's been amazing! Running time is perfect, dries quickly, leaves no traces on bare hands. This stuff still leaves 1mm of residue on your hands, be prepared to wear lots of gloves! It has the consistency of marshmallow fluff. Once thoroughly mixed, I find it best to break up into smaller clumps and let sit for 30 minutes. You have a lot of working time with it, it keeps its sticky consistency much longer than Milliput's gummy texture. It breaks too easily. It spreads very easily to fill in gaps, but if you touch it while applying more, it can stretch out of those gaps. It has a very long curing time. I took a 14" horn after 4 hours and it was still soft despite using less than 10mm layer. I covered the EVA foam horn with this material and was able to leave fingerprints on it. It took about 6 hours to fully cure although I let it sit overnight before starting sanding. For the amount you will receive this will last a long time! .Also, this material is very light! Milliput appears to be quite dense and gives objects good weight, but free-form air is almost non-existent. It feels as hard as Milliput after curing, but it will not weigh down parts of the suit or them breaking under its own weight as I suspect the milliput will be. Finally, I wish it came with measuring spoons. I would recommend getting 2 sets of measuring spoons. You will need 1 set for Part A and another for Part B so you don't accidentally put hardener in the batter. PROS: Extremely light weight Hardness in milliput Significantly cheaper than milliput Very long run time when you need it Very large amount in containers CONS: Extremely sticky Easy to pull out of gaps Extremely long curing time if you are making molds Lots of residue, use gloves! Measuring can be tedious
