Purchased in January 2015. I wear the ring every day, including to sleep and shower. It still looks like new. The stones never fell out. In fact, two days ago I painted it with oil paint that I removed with mineral spirits. Then I used toothpaste, which I always use to brush. Honestly, I'm amazed at how well the ring held up. The gold ring in the photo is set with real diamonds, and this review is about the silver ring with cubic zirconia. I never wear a ring that comes with a ring because I'm a size 4 and the ring looks too big on my finger.
