I like that it is easy to use for everyone involved with their business phone system needs! There are many options available when setting up your own PBX or Voip provider so there really isn't anything bad about this product at all if you have any questions please don’t hesitate reach out as we will be happy help answer them quickly & efficiently!! We love how quick our phones were answered during peak hours which allowed us more time running other aspects/responsibilities without having someone waiting patiently by an open line just trying not get put off until later - no longer needed now.
