Good grip, soft strap with no ears

They are nice and small. Holds thin children's hair well, does not pull hair out. I've found that the elastic stays in place best if I loop my finger twice first, then run it through my hair and loop it again. It can stay in her hair for most of the day until she pulls it out, which is normal and doesn't hurt. Very soft so hair doesn't stick to it like an elastic band. Large quantity with many colors, so if you lose something, it's not a problem.
