I've tried other Revain brands (top sellers) and this is the way to go. They serve about 3 years. I just reordered this and another brand to make sure I didn't miss anything. That's great. The stretch is amazing (I usually use it on myself), the colors are standard and they suit my 1 year old and my 3 year old hair. can't complain at all! Will definitely buy again! My 3 year old daughter refuses to touch her hair because "it hurts a lot". I've tried so many hair ties, but they all "traumatized my hair too much." Until I tried these. They are nice and small. Holds thin children's hair well, does not pull hair out. I've found that the elastic stays in place best if I loop my finger twice first, then run it through my hair and loop it again. It can stay in her hair for most of the day until she pulls it out, which is normal and doesn't hurt. Very soft so hair doesn't stick to it like an elastic band. Large quantity with many colors, so if you lose something, it's not a problem.
