Great device for the money Pros below: Compact, video quality is excellent, during the day for sure, connection via phone, setting up and downloading video directly to the phone, no need to mess with flash drives and wires. Some cons: It constantly connects to the phone if Wi-Fi is enabled on the phone, and since the DVR does not provide Internet, it will not be on the phone either, the phone connects to the recorder's Wi-Fi and turns off the 3g 4g Internet and thus you are without a connection, you either have to check every time whether Wi-Fi is enabled on the phone, or each time you press the registrar button to turn off Wi-Fi on it. This is the only downside.
