I needed an accurate way to control the speed in my W200 until I could fix the outdated speedometer in my transfer case. This unit worked fine but mine came with 1100 miles already logged. I'm not a digital person and I have trouble resetting the odometer, but since its temperature doesn't bother me, the speedometer is large for my broken eye. I mounted the stand with a self tapping sheet metal screw for a secure fit. I routed the USB power cable through the speaker grille. I checked the speed with a separate Garmin GPS and it seems accurate. Worked well for my needs
