The ONLY reason I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because it tastes awful. Serious. I can hardly bear to swallow this. I can only use it by drowning it in milk or baking it with cakes. The water just doesn't work. But maybe that's just the bad side of casein protein - I don't expect protein to taste good. I have no problems with whey protein. But I can say that I think it works great. I drink it mixed with 12 ounces of milk every night after a workout and before bed, and it digests slowly enough that I don't feel hungry when I wake up in the morning. If casein didn't taste so awful I would give it a full 5 stars.
