The ease of use! I was able to get my managers up and running in less than 15 minutes. No more having to rely on an employee's memory for accuracy when logging orders into their own personal computer; they are now using freshcheque exclusively. There really isn't much that could be improved upon at this time but maybe add some sort of timer option so we can track how long it takes employees from ordering until finished cooking/serving customers (if applicable). We've been very happy with both the product itself as well as customer service! Our manager has realized his job just got easier since he doesn’t have to manually enter all order information any longer. They also provide weekly reports regarding sales which makes budget planning easy too! The ease of use for this program! I love that it has so many different features to help us run our business more efficiently than before. It's also nice having all my data in one place instead of 3-4 spreadsheets/files. This software could be more user friendly if there were some tutorials out there. There are too many options at first glance - we're still working through them but they have been helpful thus far. We've been able to keep better track of inventory and sales without any problems.
