Nice jacket: men

I walk lightly, walk about 6 miles a week. These jackets are ideal for mid 50's and high 30's. Not a winter running jacket, may need to wear a long sleeve shirt by the time she hits her 30s or under. I ran this jacket in the rain when it was about 65 degrees outside and it worked well. Keeps you very dry and warm and also protects you from the wind. Here are the features of this jacket: - Lightweight - Ventilation holes on the back - Breathable (spandex tape points towards the body from wrist to underarm area) - Windproof - Waterproof (dries quickly) - Does not restrict movement - Don't know if this jacket takes Fluid from the inside out as I don't sweat that easily. However, you can cool down easily by unzipping the jacket a bit as there are wrist/back vents under the armpit. The fist covers the inside of the sleeve, which is useful when running in the rain/snow. Reflective shoulder design only. and logo on the back - Just a small pocket on the right arm that barely fits a phone - Slightly fitted - Drawstring hem That pretty much sums up the jacket. Compared to my mate's North Face Torpedo jacket, this jacket has a lot less pockets and padding but is very light and made from breathable material. This jacket would be worth it in my opinion as I don't mind wearing an extra shirt when running in 30 degrees. I believe the sizing is as advertised, I'm 6ft 0140lbs, I bought the medium and this jacket fits just right. If anything, this jacket is designed for a slimmer fit.
