I am happy to admit that the picture is beautiful. It's everything I want from my iPad Pro. I admit I went insane trying to use it for the first time because I forgot to read the sticker on the USB-C cables that told me which one was for video and which one was just for charging was. It actually comes with a built-in battery that can charge the connected device. Some of the movies I watch on it have to be cranked up to the max to even hear them. Luckily I have headphones that solve this problem. Pros: + Nice screen and I bought it because it's old. Make sure the surface you lay it on is clean enough. + Pretty solid construction. It's fairly ribbed for its size and feels sturdy. Cons: - Speakers. Please improve this in the next version. I don't care if it's a little bigger/thicker to compensate. Again, this isn't that much of a problem for me since I have headphones. However, if you have more than two people trying to listen, that's the maximum number of headphones you can use. - Lack of HDR. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it would have been a nice addition. Dolby Vision would be great, but it's probably asking too much. Although HDR10+ will work. The case is good and protects the case and screen from possible damage. One change I would recommend is to adjust the lid to the full size of the case. Depending on how you hold it closed, the screen may become visible. No big deal and if I had known about it I would have gotten it anyway. It does the job well.
