The integration of Microsoft 365 into my business was seamless! It has made everything run so much smoother for us as we are able now just log in once rather than logging out/backing up each time I need access from another device or location (even home).
There isn't anything really at this point i dislike about it aside form maybe being better integrated within Office365 but they should be pretty close anyway considering how similar their offerings seem? We had been using our own system previously which wasn’t very efficient nor did well when needing remote workers who were not local employees - plus there would have also needed additional software licenses costing more money per user vs having one cost overall if utilizing OneDrive instead since everyone can use them regardless where ever those users may currently reside.
