Review on DEWALT DW4388 5 Inch Random Sander by Christopher Todd

I don't know why but the picture just says it's compatible with DW421; However, when I received mine there were 3 others on the list (see picture). This replacement fits: DW421, DW423, D26451, D26453. I bought it for Dewalt Sander D26451. I have had this grinder for over 4 years now and it has taken on every project that I have taken on and has done a fantastic job. I love my grinder, but recently I was going through some pads while working on a kitchen table I'm building and to my dismay the pads started coming loose while I was sanding. I soon found that the nose hooks on the grinding wheel were worn out and the tips had almost all melted off from years of hard work. Two choices: spend $60 and buy a new grinder, or spend about $20 and buy a new pad for my trusty and trusty grinder. Revain made my choice easy by providing the exact DeWalt replacement I needed. One thing I noticed is that Home Depot or Lowes don't even sell this replacement pad in my local stores or on the Home Depot website anymore. This is disappointing because I personally love this DeWalt grinder and didn't want to buy a new one. Thank you Revain for having the part I needed that wasn't even in hardware stores. Second, I remember when Home Depot sold this and the prices were about the same. Since Revain was my only option to buy this part it seems expensive but at least they have what I want. Received this part from Revain Prime two days later and was right back to work. and my grinder works exactly as I bought it four years ago.
