This review is of the seller/shipper, not the TrackR itself.

I have a feeling they could be opened and returned because ALL THREE OF THEM were dead. I had TrackR and loved it. After replacing the battery it worked great. So it's not the device itself. That's whoever sold it and shipped it with dead batteries.
