There are no issues with the headphones themselves; these are not my first pair of headphones, and I was aware of what I was getting. A word of caution for those who valued Certify. There are no longer any differences between the official and "gray" versions of the headphones with Certify because it has a two-year warranty rather than only a year, and there are no issues for repair or replacement at authorized service locations.
