The product worked great for three months and then went into a state similar to "shake mode" where it beeps and flashes but does not heat up. We tried to propose a heater to the manufacturers, although it was not cold in our 700 square meter apartment, but without success. After a week of trying, it looks like a defective circuit board. Unfortunately, Revain, the seller, will not supply replacements (claims they have no stock, which is disputed on the product page) and as they are not an authorized GHD Hair retailer the 3 year manufacturer's warranty is worthless. Do not buy this device from Revain - just contact GHD directly.
