Review on ๐Ÿ”‘ Logitech Craft Wireless Keyboard with Input Dial & Backlit Keys, Dark Grey & Aluminum - Advanced Creative Tool by Makoto Arihori แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Full compliance with the manufacturers assurances, high quality.

Ugly and buggy native software, like a good idea - but a disgusting implementation. Until I removed it, neither the mouse nor the trackball worked properly! I am not a fan of Logitech, moreover, over the past 10 years, its products have disappointed many times, and they broke down, buggy, to the point that I just had to get rid of it, and given the fact that all devices were expensive in some moment just blacklisted Logitech devices. But having recently bought a Logitech MX ERGO trackball (both my back and arm hurt, and the choice of trackballs, to put it mildly, is not great), which I really liked, I bought a Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse and then a Logitech Craft Advanced keyboard. All products are excellent, everything is super with convenient Bluetooth functionality, but native software spoils the whole impression!

Pros
  • This keyboard is a unique case when you just sat down and started working, without any habituation effect at all - i. E. immediately began to print "in the blind", i. E. right, well, everything is very well calculated for the convenience of the location. - Quiet keys (probably the quietest keyboard I've ever dealt with) - Excellent key travel - Backlight - The wheel is convenient, but meaningless. without native software, it's just sound adjustment, but with native software, everything starts to fail . in principle, it's not a pity that it exists, but it would probably be better if the keyboard were cheaper, and without it :) or with a similar but some less noticeable sound adjustment. - Work via bluetooth without a native transmitter directly with devices, without delays, lags and friezes (desktop PC, laptop, Samsung Galaxy Note9) - Nice solid weight - USB-C for charging.
Cons
  • native software Strange backlighting algorithm - itโ€™s clear that itโ€™s done to save electricity, but when the keyboard is in the on / off / on / off mode sometimes itโ€™s annoying . itโ€™s a pity you canโ€™t set a slightly longer time interval for turning off the backlight To be honest, as a conservative, I would prefer replaceable batteries in the keyboard, rather than a proprietary built-in battery The keyboard drains fairly quickly, in my case it lasts about a week of work. Would have preferred a Windows keyboard over a keyboard with windows/mac universal key markings Undoubtedly, just a horse price, again, in this case, it was possible to pay part of the purchase with bonuses, plus an increased bonus was charged for it, but in reality the keyboard, albeit very good, but at the price of a good mobile phone . it's somehow beyond good and evil
